The Challenge:
Hepstar’s leadership team wanted to enhance collaboration and ensure all team members felt heard and valued in workplace discussions. Balancing remote work with in-office collaboration can be challenging, especially when it comes to fostering a strong team culture.

We designed and led a dynamic 3-hour in-person workshop for the entire team, tailored to address five key areas they wanted to strengthen:
